The Hands-On Workshop on Practical Ethical Hacking and IoT Cyber Security, organized by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering in association with the IEEE Student Branch and ComSoc Student Chapter, was conducted from 10th to 11th October 2025. The workshop aimed to provide final-year ECE students with practical exposure to real-world cyber security tools, techniques, and methodologies used in ethical hacking and IoT system protection. Mr. Dinesh Paranthagan, Founder & CEO of Hackup Technology Pvt. Ltd, Coimbatore trained the students in this workshop. A total of 64 students actively participated in this two-day intensive hands-on training program.
